Family Recreation Event Embracing Diverse Outdoor Moments for Autism

Green Lakes State Park


Come join in some outdoor fun. We'll be having a picnic, playing disc (Frisbee) golf, field games, decorating derby cars, having a derby race, enjoying some beach time and for those interested in staying late, Green Lakes is having a movie night and showing Kung Fu Panda. 


We will provide park admission and lead the event.

Have a picnic with us.

Barbecue grills and picnic tables are on site.

Due to diverse dietary restrictions and tastes, we are asking that participants bring their own food and drinks.  We will have bottled available as well.



Disc (Frisbee) Golf

There will be prizes and trophies awarded for disc golf.  Trophies for the families and ribbons for the MVPs of each team.
We will be using the established course at Green Lakes State Park.

There will be several other games and activities involving trophies and prizes.  Families are encouraged to make use of the beech, trails and natural features of Green Lakes State Park as well.  Boundless Paths Incorporated is providing and the necessities in hopes that you'll enjoy some time outdoors.  
  • The only costs involved for the families should be their food and travel.  
  • There are no limitation on age of the effected individuals.
  • Boundless Paths will not be providing supervision of individuals and all people requiring supervision must be accompanied by their guardian(s).
Families may want to consider bringing:
  • Swimsuits & towels
  • Changes of clothes (for example if they want to stay for the movie, it may bee cooler by the time it ends).
  • Cameras
  • Food for barbecuing and/or picnic.
  • Extra food if they choose to stay longer.
  • Fishing gear if they like to fish and have needed licenses.
  • Lawn chairs as non-picnic table / non-ground seating is limited.
  • Blankets if you would like to picnic on the ground or lay out.
